Site Applications - Seamless Summer Option

Contracting Entities must complete a Site Application for each site participating in the Seamless Summer option program is a specific school year. The Site Application screen provides access to the Site’s annual application for the Seamless Summer Options for both new and renewing sites. Sites must complete a new application annually; however, the State has identified select site data that rolls over from the previous year and pre-fills a new year’s application.
